Chef de Cuisine,my dream 11:13 PM say yes to life think i forgot to press the bloody "publish post" button last nite NOTHING WAS POSTED! damn... forget it...any way,its was just work and work... so for today! ok... worked with eric AGAIN.... damn.....long face sia he... from early morning!!! he was busy doing his stuff and so me too he do his stuff i do mine but when i'm doing my stuff he kajiao me this is what happen in the morning he was doing the soups so the soup part is his job so i do my job too i was gonna slice the beef into 240gm i took the cloth out took the chopping board out took the wighting machine out took my bao dao(knife) out too the beef out place the beef into position about to lay my first knife down than... eric:sebastian. me:huh? eric:what you doing? me:huh?cut 240gm of beef la eric:nono go do the soup me:ar...orh...(was thinking like huh,you not doing the soup meh) than i keep my bao dao keep the wighting machine keep the chopping board keep the cloth than do the soup =.=" damn you la.... shit face.... nvm.... today i cook fried rice and dao you chicken for ppl working der! nice...hehe... after tat work work work... i cook le than left der for like an hour b4 i can eat! costumer keep coming in!only me working! sianz.... cook at 4 eat at 5+++ =.=" than off time! went out with pinky(incharge) for dinner after work bla bla chit chat abit... than went hm....haha.... btw the dish washer call the eric chow wei you(around have,middle don have) cuz his head middle got a hole the side than have hair.... hahahahahahahahaha nice name.... ethan signing off
